We operate a contactless check-in. There will be no one to greet you on arrival – however as long as you have your booking you can arrive any time after 1pm and find any unallocated pitch! We do this to ensure we can accommodate any ferry arrival times. 

Ensure your van is plugged in, open the plastic panel on the hook-up using the black thumbscrews and switch upwards from GREEN TO RED. Red means energised.

Turn on Wi-Fi on your phone/tablet and connect to Port nan Gael Guest.

All of our tent and motorhome pitches are unallocated so please just find two together when you arrive.

As long as it is raise off the ground and kept on gravel where possible then yes.

You can use Tobermory-Kilchoan, Fishnish-Lochaline or Craignure-Oban.

We are pet friendly so please ensure dogs are kept on leads at all times and dispose of their waste responsibly. Max 2 dogs per pitch.

Like most of Scotland they love our landscape as much as we do. Please ensure portakabins have doors shut and lights off when you leave where possible. Repellent and midge nets are advised during peak seasons.
